Dementia Action Week

Dementia Action Week is a national awareness campaign held each May, led by the Alzheimer’s Society. The week brings together individuals and organisations across the UK to take action on dementia and support those affected. Memory Cafés

Memory Cafes are an informal and welcoming place for anyone with dementia and their carers to gain practical information, emotional support or just a fun, sociable time together.

Rushcliffe Dementia Action Network (RDAN) are a registered charity of community of local services, volunteers and organisations who come together to improve the lives of people living with dementia and their carers in the Rushcliffe area.
