Join us most Mondays from 10 am to 12 pm at the Rushcliffe Social Prescribing Hub for friendly advice, information, and resources.

We provide access to a wide range of health and well-being directories, offering guidance and connections to support services such as housing, mental health, physical health, bereavement care, career advice, employment support, debt management, financial assistance, and much more.

 

If you’re looking to improve your well-being, explore local community activities, or book onto sessions at the hub, we’re here to help. Our drop-in service often features guest organisations such as Working Well and Age UK, bringing additional expertise to support your journey.

 

Come along to explore the support and opportunities available in your community and discover how social prescribing can make a positive difference in your life. All of this is offered in a warm and welcoming environment—complete with a friendly chat and a cup of tea. We’d love to see you there!

Whether it’s exploring a new wellbeing topic, attending a creative workshop, or joining a themed social event, our Events are designed to complement our regular sessions by offering something a little different. Some events may be free, while others may carry a small fee depending on the activity and facilitator

What is Wellbeing+?

Our Wellbeing+ sessions offer an enhanced experience for anyone looking to prioritise their wellbeing, while also supporting the long-term sustainability of the Community Hub.

  • Guaranteed Space – no waiting lists or referral needed

  • Priority Booking – secure your place in advance

  • Smaller Groups – enjoy a more personal, relaxed environment

  • Open to All – whether you live in Rushcliffe or beyond, you’re welcome to attend. Bring a friend, family member or come along on your own — everyone aged 18+ is welcome.

  • Supporting the Hub – by joining a Wellbeing+ session, you're directly contributing to keeping our community services running, helping us offer a wider range of support for local residents.

With expert facilitators, a friendly atmosphere, and high-quality content, Wellbeing+ offers not only a chance to invest in your wellbeing, but also the opportunity for more personalised time with practitioners — giving you space to ask questions, explore topics in more depth, and receive tailored guidance, all while supporting the wider community.
