We provide access to a wide range of health and well-being directories, offering guidance and connections to support services such as housing, mental health, physical health, bereavement care, career advice, employment support, debt management, financial assistance, and much more.
If you’re looking to improve your well-being, explore local community activities, or book onto sessions at the hub, we’re here to help. Our drop-in service often features guest organisations such as Working Well and Age UK, bringing additional expertise to support your journey.
Come along to explore the support and opportunities available in your community and discover how social prescribing can make a positive difference in your life. All of this is offered in a warm and welcoming environment—complete with a friendly chat and a cup of tea. We’d love to see you there!
