Drop in sessions

Come along to meet new people
Join us every Monday when the Hub is open, from 10am–12pm, for friendly, informal advice and support.
Our Social Prescribing team can help you explore local services, activities and opportunities across areas including mental health, physical health, benefits, employment, housing, bereavement, finances and more.
No appointment is needed to attend the drop-in. We also regularly welcome guest organisations who provide specialist advice and support.
If you’d like to speak to a particular guest organisation, we recommend booking a one-to-one appointment in advance to make sure they’re available and avoid disappointment.

Come along for a chat, a cuppa and to discover what support and opportunities are available in your local community. Everyone is welcome.
